I shopped at the Metairie store twice in the past month. Both times, merchandise I needed was only available online, so I resorted to ordering online. I placed this order in response to your email ad. It promised promotion pricing. There was no provision to enter the promo code when I placed my order. Seems like false advertising to me.

Store is clean and the staff are nice. My only issue is the product price tags aren't always available. Often times they are on the floor because they weren't properly affixed to the shelf or the tag is missing all together. Sometimes the shelves aren't replenished with merchandise and the items you are looking for are gone.

I’ve shopped there twice in the last week and there is no A/C!!! It is south La in June!!! It was at least 84 in the store. Employee told us customers were leaving after a few minutes cuz it’s too uncomfortable. Those poor employees. Do better Northern Tool

Very friendly staff. Went the extra mile to see if they had my product in store and brought me straight to it when I arrived.

Hope you enjoy this one, it’s a fascinating story of how apathy can ruin a customer experience. I ordered an item from this location. Too big to fit my vehicle hence I paid for same day delivery. Easy process. Ordered early AM, got a text mid afternoon it was delivered. Walked out the door and nothing there. Looked around, no sign of it. Note that I have been on-site all day. Time to call the store. Which I did. Explained to a male associate that the item was not delivered. He appeared confused but after some time explained that yes it showed delivered and gave me the address. I told him the address he gave me was the billing address for the credit card I used, but not the delivery address that I notated on the order. I had a copy of the email they sent and the shipped to address was noted correctly. He informed me there was nothing he could do and I would need to call the driver from the independent company that delivers for them. He gave me the driver‘s phone number to call. Please keep this in mind as I continue this review, that the store wanted me to call their delivery driver to see why my part had been delivered 40 miles away from where I was. I did call the dr
